Routine Appointments

Routine appointments with both medical and nursing staff can be pre-booked up to six weeks in advance.  Whilst you can see any member of the clinical team we recognise the benefits of seeing the same person for the same problem, therefore if you have a preference as to who you would like to see, please mention this when booking appointments.

Urgent Appointments

Urgent appointments with medical staff are triaged by our on-call doctor and can be accessed by calling the surgery on the day, during our opening hours.

Telephone Appointments

Telephone appointments with our on-call doctor are available on the day or you can request a call back by any doctor, but this may not be on that specific day.

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a Practice Nurse rather than a doctor.  Practice Nurses are qualified to deal with many ailments and you may be seen more quickly.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
